This position is fixed-term for 1 year.
In this role you will be:
- Partner with business stakeholders, Transformation Team, Partner and #digital to understand future ways of working and conduct a Training Needs Analysis to support the implementation of the customer portal
- Partner with BPOs and Learning Team to understand competencies to develop, work with and collaborate to create an approach and plan – based on the change
- Defining a structured Learning Plan (across all functions/stakeholder groups) to ensure change readiness for future ways of working
- Delivering actions defined in the plan (deployment of content, train-the-trainer, tracking training budget, training logistics, attendance, feedback, etc.)
- Supporting the development of training material with partners (internal and external) brining in best practice and innovative ideas to help drive engagement
- Selecting and manage vendors to deliver training, and/or organizational development efforts and workshops as required
- Working with Change Managers to support other key strategy projects/programmes (as needed)
- Setting goals, KPI and success measures for learning and adoption
- Supporting in creating communications
- Managing translations required for training materials
- Defining and leading the Train-the-trainer approach
- Guiding sales teams on how to facilitate and lead trainings
- Creating and leading a champions network
- Supporting with the delivery of the change management deliverables
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in training or learning role
- Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English
