Summary:
Scytale is seeking new talents for its successful SDR team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first line of attack to research, engage, qualify, and convert potential prospects for the Account Executives’ team, in order to close new businesses globally. The Sales Development Representative responsibilities include prospecting and attending to high volumes of outbound leads and taking an active part in the sales process during the early stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for building professional relationships and generating new business for the company’s sales team through introductions, meetings, cold calls, and email/LinkedIn outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients.
- Research companies to determine fit.
- Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
- Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop new opportunities for your pipeline and achieve your personal activity goals daily.
- Follow-up and engage with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
- Report to management on activities, targets and key results.
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business; strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.
- Work closely with Account Executives to execute smooth sales pipeline transitions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion goals and productivity levels as defined by sales management.
Role Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English - MUST.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills -German and English - must, additional languages - an advantage.
- Very strong work ethic and self-drive.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Great organization and order skills with strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations or Law or a related field - A MUST.
- Graduating with honors - AN ADVANTAGE.
