To simplify and harmonize CEE billing process and implement it on time and within agreed budget across all 5 CEE countries.
How do we picture our new Program Manager?

What will our Program Manager cover?
- Gap analysis and final specification per country
- Synchronized Project plan for all CEE incl. plans for rollout, data migration
- Keep scale and time schedule of the project
- Cost monitoring
- Look for productivity gains by driving for common solution, repeatable implementation is more than beneficial
- Provide all non-end user documentation in English
- Drive the local teams for quality execution
- Organize BU executive and Monthly Steering Committee reviews
- Develop capture plans and conduct analysis on upcoming priority proposals and proactively identify productivity opportunities
- Engage in needs assessment for project proposals as necessary?
- Support effective go/no-go decisions (including the preparation of go/no-go memos for decision-making) and cost share analysis
- Ensure review process and submission is completed, within submission deadlines
- Serve as surge program development support to country and regional offices and emergency response (timelines, budget, objectives)
- Keep donors informed on program-related issues(reporting and notes if needed).
- Liaise with other GeoPost teams, such as DIGITSPL and DIGITSHU, etc.
- Supervise programs staff, consultants, etc., as needed
