We are hiring a Lead Growth Performance Marketing Specialist.
About the Role
You will manage global digital marketing campaigns across search advertising, display, and other direct response channels. You will have full ownership and execution of digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to account setup, implementation of strategies in tools, campaign structure, budget management and daily bidding across various paid channels.
What You Will Do in This Role
- Developing and implementing growth strategies driving demand and customer acquisition across digital marketing channels.
- Developing and implementing marketing automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that aligns with the brand and campaign objectives.
- You will be training and growing junior team members into individual contributors.
- Ownership and reporting of KPI’s for assigned advertising segments.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
- 3-5 years Digital Marketing and account management experience (SEM, digital/programmatic display marketing)
- Ability to create strategic insight, own development and implement project plans
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, DoubleClick, Search Ads 360)
- Knowledge of the business intelligence tools is a big plus (Google BigQuery, Microsoft PowerQuery, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience ranging from writing ad copy, designing banners and landing pages, defining audience targets, structuring tests and generating out-of-the-box solutions to help increase conversions
- Knowledge and understanding of web analytics suites (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, analytical, organized and results-driven
