Role Purpose
Responsible for the IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio activities within Finance, P&O and REFS through coordination with Project Managers, IT Infrastructure teams, Application delivery teams and external vendors.

Responsible for the IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio activities within Finance, P&O and REFS through coordination with Project Managers, IT Infrastructure teams, Application delivery teams and external vendors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading the effective program delivery of IT Infrastructure Projects within Finance, P&O and REFS.
- Owning all Strategic Programs and Strategic Projects and reconciling the interdependencies
- Providing technical and business guidance, review, and oversight of programs, and serving as an es-calation point to ensure the project managers and external vendor teams deliver application and infra-structure projects on time, on budget, with first time quality and adherence to stated business require-ments.
- Maintaining an active level of awareness on program status, risks, and issues for Strategic Programs.
- Responsible for ensuring Enterprise projects following Sandoz standard project development method-ology (agile and waterfall) and that the project conforms to Sandoz defined standards for security and technical architecture.
- Manage a team of Project Managers ensuring timely and effective delivery of Projects/Programs.

Minimum Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or comparable education
Fluent English written and spoken
5 years of IT experience in system management
More than 5 years of experience in Project Management across geographies and business areas, preferably Pharmaceutical or Banking Industry
Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality, and budget
Experience in managing complex deliveries, products and agile setups
